The 4020 Building (proposed)

The 4020 project will consist of 21 residential lofts situated above ground level retail. The existing Scottsdale office building was built in 1986 and has an underground parking lot. The project will strip the current building back to the steel frame and floor slabs, retaining the parking lot, elevator and some stairwells. The original proposal was considered too "ultra- modern" for the area and was since redisigned and submitted using red brick and santa fe style architecture.
