Camelview Village will consist of 700 units in 11 buildings. It will employ a unique 'green building' concept with each unit having its own green landscaped patio. First phase occupancy has begun. This loft / condo development is scheduled for completion in early 2008. Prices range from $500,000 up to $5,000,000.

The 4020 Building  (proposed)
Located at the SW corner of Scottsdale Rd. & First Ave.
The 4020 project will consist of 21 residential lofts situated above ground level retail. The existing Scottsdale office building was built in 1986 and has an underground parking lot. The project will strip the current building back to the steel frame and floor slabs, retaining the parking lot, elevator and some stairwells. The original proposal was considered too "ultra- modern" for the area and was since redisigned and submitted using red brick and santa fe style architecture.

A proposed 120 acre project by DMB Associates will consist of eleven hundred residences and close to 2 million square feet of offices, shops, hotels and entertainment. Condominium/lofts will be atop retail, much as in Kierland, with 'brownstones' also planned. Construction is due for completion in 2009
